Alloy 366 is one of the most widely used allows of aluminum permanent mold castings for automotive pistons.Alloys 355.0, A357.0, C355.0 for impellers, timing gears, compressors, missile and aircraft components, Alloys .A356.0, 356.0 for aircraft wheels, parts of machine tools, pump parts, valve bodies, marine hardware.

We prepare machined small cast iron and aluminium parts up to 2” x 2” in size. Our castings are purchased from established foundries. These parts mostly involve intricate machining, drilling and tapping operations. The jigs and fixtures required for such operations are designed and manufactured in-house by our team of engineers, keeping in mind all aspects of quality and productivity as required.

These have a simple assembly which doesn't require special skills.They are easy to handle and coated with ABS resin.No welding required.Continuous reforming activities are possible.
