Cast Iron Casting

Cast iron is a ferrous alloy with high amounts of carbon, which includes ductile iron, gray iron and white cast iron grades. Copula furnace is used for iron casting.
Gray Cast Iron Casting
We manufacture cast iron casting, ductile iron casting, alloy cast iron castings and gray cast iron castings which are used in the pumps, industrial machines, automotive, etc. We are committed towards providing best quality products to our clients. Production Capacity : 120 tones per months.
Process : Molesis sand moulding.
Heat Schedule : 4 heat a weak.
In- house Facility : Short Blasting & Fateling.
Processed Metal : Cast iron casting 20 to 25 grade.

Ductile Iron Casting
Superior quality ductile iron casting/ S.G. iron casting

valve bodies, cylinder head and wheels. Ductile iron is specifically useful in many automotive components. Ductile iron is much more flexible and elastic, due to its nodular graphite inclusions.
