High Chrome Casting
We manufacture a comprehensive range of high chrome castings and high chrome iron castings that is widely used in the automobile, valves, process pumps, general engineering and instrumentation industry. We use high chrome casting to produce high chrome tip, high chrome liner plate, industrial cyclone, shell liner, side plate, etc. It is abrasion resistant and is used for crushing stones.
High Chrome Tip
Our range of High Chrome Tips are
abrasion-resistant, that hammers in impact crushers and are
available in steel cases packing. They are constructed of extremely durable chrome or black nickel plated materials for a gleaming look that won't rust or dull with age.

Liner Plate
Our range of high chrome liner plates are used
for various equipment manufactured in heat treated high-chrome
alloys. This product are available from stock. Our range of liners and liner plates is made from high chrome iron castings, centrifugally casted, shell casted with close grained cast iron.

Industrial Cyclone
The industrial cyclones that we offer are incorporated with tangential inlet, which provides a flow rotating movement to the gas and thereby the dust particles are driven towards the envelop surface where they are screwed down. Our range of high strength cyclones are

Manganese Steel Casting
We manufacture crusher concaves, earth moving parts,
hammers, jaw crusher plates and liner plates with manganese steel casting.
It is wear and tear and abrasion resisting. It retains inner toughness. We are manufacturing hard field manganese steel castings. These castings are made using high quality raw materials and as per client's specifications.

Ni Hard Casting
NI Hard Casting is wear resistant material. We also cast floor plate, casting plate, side plate with excellent ni hard casting as per client specification. Ni hard castings are non-corrosive and abrasion resistant. We make use of ni-hard casting process for manufacturing different castings. The castings developed through this process are satiating the requirements of automobile and engineering industries
Floor Plate
Floor plates manufacture using Ni hard castings
are long lasting and corrosion resistant. These are chiefly used in
the construction of roads to make then slip resistant. These plates are widely appreciated for their impact resistant surfaces for reinforcing the floor pan.
