Steel Casting

With superior steel castings and alloy steel castings, we have been able to produce numerous industrial products such as automobile parts, industrial valves, mechanical parts, fittings, alloy castings, etc. In our premises, we use various materials like as WCB, WCA, WCC, CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, LCC, LCB and WC9 to cast valve bodies. We own latest induction furnace for the manufacture of steel castings as per the drawings, materials and sample provided by the client.

Furnace Capacity: 200 kg , 400 kg & 600kg
Production Capacity: 50 tones per months.
In- house Facility: Short Blasting and Fateling.
Processed Metal: Cast steel, S.S., N.I. Hard, C.I. grade 25-30 & higher alloy casting.

Pump Casting

We manufacture high speed impellers with steel castings that can be used in pumps, tanks, machines, etc. Pump Casting are used for housing of centrifugal pumps. These pump casting are carefully protected from erosion and corrosion wear.

Non Ferrous Casting

About 10 tones per month non ferrous castings are produced for example aluminum castings, brass castings, gunmetal bush, PG gears, etc.

Furnace Capacity: 0.500 kg to 200 kg.
Production Capacity: 10 tones per months.
Process: Molesis sand moulding.
Heat Schedule: 4 heat daily.
In- House Facility: Grinding.
Processed Metal: Aluminum, Gunmetal, Brass, Bronze & Non-ferrous metal.

Aluminium Casting
